Unfortunately not! We're not planning to release any Unity version, but we highly recommend you to use Ameyes' "LineWork" instead (link herearrow-up-right, affiliate), which is an amazing asset that we're using ourselves in our Unity projects.

We're trying our best to keep the lowest and most accessible price we can (think about how much time you'd need to create the asset from scratch and also maintain it during new updates, bugfixes, requests etc.), but also make sure that we have the resources/funds to keep working on it and provide support! We believe in the Godot ecosystem and are giving back with free content as well, including our blogarrow-up-right with tutorials/learning notes and more. For more elaborate assets (the ones we intend to continue developing for a lot of time) we're experimenting a way to be able to pay rent while developing it. Cheers!
